SILICASEAL-W
A proprietary polymerized solids in a water- based V.O.C. compliant system, ready-to-use liquid that reacts with the free lime in concrete to form an insoluble crystal within the concrete pores to help repel water, de-icing salts and to seal, harden and dustproof concrete surfaces.
ADVANTAGES:
SILICASEAL - W is a transparent compound that:
* Aids in minimizing efflorescence, scaling and staining
* Reduces deterioration of concrete and masonry surfaces by helping to protect against freeze-thaw damage
* Keeps masonry cleaning costs to a minimum and protects with one application
APPLICATION:
SILICASEAL - W gives the concrete a hard, dust free surface that resists staining and bonds securely with paint and resilient flooring mastics with the proper application. It is recommended for interior or exterior use on vertical and horizontal surfaces. It is ideal for industrial and commercial applications.
SILICASEAL - W should be used as an effective above grade barrier against the penetration of water when applied to the following:
* Brick
* Exterior pavements
* Mortar
* Concrete block
* Concrete floor slabs
* Concrete tilt-up panels
* Walls and columns
